AI Robot

For a larger project at Essent we built, among other things, an artificial intelligence robot. The project involved integrating (live) chat via the website with both employees and an AI robot. It also included CRM integration to record survey data.

For this, we used, among other things, Google's neural network for natural language. It is an excellent API that Google itself also uses and that has a strong ability to interpret the content of a conversation. Fortis AI had to add a great deal of functionality, including self-learning and a useful feature that is particularly helpful in chats: it provides links to products and services so that you can quickly find the right information. The learning logic is still a work in progress and primarily requires a great deal of data to analyze.

Our robot has a wide range of applications, and we see many opportunities to take this subject further. We are therefore currently building our own chatbot for our MyVox demo site to provide further assistance to interested visitors. In time, we also want the robot to be able to speak, making it a pleasant and capable conversation partner that is always helpful, never gets tired, and knows everything about the company, its products, and its employees.

In the meantime, we have further developed the artificial intelligence robot and integrated it into various websites. It helps with programming and works as a full-time translator. You can chat with AIR via the live chat at the bottom, which automatically appears after 10 seconds. It knows the internet inside out.
